The Complete Overhaul takes about five hours of shop time to perform the following operations:

Disassemble to bare frame and clean all parts in solvent tank.

Thoroughly clean and inspect frame while checking frame alignments.

Clean, round, true and tension both wheels.

Disassemble, clean and install fresh grease and bearings in the headset, bottom bracket and hubs.

Install new cables and housing while adjusting brakes and derailleurs.

Grease stem, seat post and other appropriate contact surfaces.

Test ride, while checking for safety and function.
