The Major Tune takes over two hours of shop time to perform the following operations:
Clean, round, true and tension both wheels.
Remove Drive-train and clean in solvent tank.
Thoroughly clean and inspect frame while checking minor alignments.
Adjust all bearing surfaces, brakes and derailleurs. Lube cables and chain.
Test ride, checking for safety and function.
